This is a very good question. Being rich will obviously solve a lot of issues in life so that is a good wish so i would also ask for a billion like you ToG.

However if money was not an option in this situation I would wish for extensive knowledge / a natural talent to excel in every category. This way I can play a variety of instruments, can control a car perfectly (during drift and other crazy maneuvers), be better than professional korean video gamers, even possibly invent new ideas etc.. I mean you never know when this talent will come in handy. Its very practical as well if you know how to build a house and do a lot of DIY too.
